The day after

7am: the beach is crowded. Bunches of youngsters, families with kids and grandparents: they all camped and picnicked on the beach. You can find all sort of outfit, from bikini to all-dressed ladies, both out and inside the water.
Unluckily I didn't take my camera to the beach to document this. I took a couple of interesting shoots in my mind.

New year resolutions:
Over the past year I've learned that I can be a mother, that I can nurture a tiny creature. Now I will have to move one challenge further, not only nurturing but educating. Homework: loads of reading, loads work on self-confidence and self-control .
A lot of challenges to come also on the professional side: more readings, planning and more planning, and never ever loose the raison d'être of this job, which is pro-poor development.
