Third day off today.

Colds aggravate my normally benign Asthma.

Hayfever aggravates my normally benign Asthma.

I now have Asthma Squared. Sitting down makes me wheeze, walking up stairs requires a rest at the top to get a bit of breath back. So frustrating (especially considering what I did on this day last month.).

Been to see the doctor who's added to my little collection of chemical abuse!

Still time off work adds to planning for our big holiday to Patagonia at the end of the year. It's working out to be a fraction more expensive than first thought, partially due to the fact there doesn't seem to be many roads... I'm so excited about it!
