Beach Boys

It's time for a family trip so we headed off to the truck and then Monterey to the beach and aquarium.

Wee B was an absolute star on the way out and played/slept through the drive. We had dinner in a 50's diner before we headed off for a walk to the beach. B loved the sand and water and we even managed to keep in dry for the walk to the aquarium.

B liked the aquarium too but got freaked out a little in some of the exhibits where it was dark and the fish were large. He did live the penguins and the touch pool though, so I think we will be back.

The drive home was less fun as a tired and sore baby got upset but he cheered up when mummy got into the back of the truck with him.
