Felafel

A wild, windy, wet day outside. Stephan took Henny to work with him so Jacob and I got on with some chores before heading to tesco. As planned Jacob fell asleep on the way home so I got on with some cooking.
The freezer was emptied of all those things that should have been thrown away a long time ago, and I filled it with felafel, cheese scones, oat and apple muffins, and lasagne. A practice run for April when I really fill the freezer ready for busy times!
