Home safe at about 3am after 15 hours in the car. Good to be greeted by Guinness. So glad we left a day early.... The weather today has been awful. Went down to have a wee nosey at the high tide. Eek... Never seen the sea like this or as high. Most of the local villages close to me have been hit badly. Sea walls have been smashed, houses flooded, boulders scattered all over the roads, the harbours wrecked. Awful.... So so glad I live on a hill a wee but away from the coast. Tide due to be just as high in Sunday too. Oh dear. Stay safe everyone.
