D'Oh . Shopping

The girls wanted to go and spend their Christmas money so we ended up in Dante's Seven Circles of Hell the Trafford Centre

This was about the only good bit about the whole expedition. Simpson coolness, they may have to be bought for my nieceling in the summer.

The girls loved it all though and bought out the whole of the Body Shop and I appear to have become feminine and bought some fricking body dust. Body dust!! What has happened to me????

In other news I have a confirmed place in The Yorkshire Marathon this October and in more other news me and Mr John may have some exciting media news next week
