Tees Transporter Bridge, Middlesbrough

Since joining Blipfoto, some of my runs have included another dimension. Today was once such time when my run was certainly influenced by the fact that I was carrying a camera.
Staying at a hotel near Middlesbrough town centre, my run would typically have been towards and around Albert Park; not today though. In recent years, coming to Middlesbrough when visiting family, I've been fascinated by the Transporter Bridge, so this is where I headed today.
The day broke very wet and windy. But quickly, a beautiful, almost cloudless morning developed.
I took many pictures of the bridge in it's full splendour, but this one is viewed through a beautiful section of wall on Vulcan Street — all that is still standing of the Middlesbrough Salt Works.
