Titanic Experience

I've been fascinated by the story of the Titanic since I was wee. I have memories of my Granda talking about it but I think it was finding Robert Ballard's book about the discovery of the wreckage that really sparked it. I must have checked it out of the library maybe half a dozen times over the years. I have wanted to visit the Titanic Experience in Belfast since it opened so I was beyond excited to go with my Mum and sister today.

It didn't disappoint. I loved the reconstructed cabins, the shipyard ride and the exploration of the wreckage. The only problem was not having quite enough time to see everything before we had to get back.
