Leaving Newcastle

I almost got stuck in Newcastle for a few days of nothingness after New Year, but I managed to pull myself away in the end. This was the best of the shots I salvaged from the city before my train left for Leamington. I really wanted one in the station but none of them came out very well.

Here we have Fenwick's windows. Every year, there's a grotesque display of reanimated corpses that may or may not be plastic in the main window of Newcastle Fenwick. It's always rubbish but people send me Snapchats of it and Instagram each panel anyway. Here we have Fenwick's upper windows, which are so much less garish.
