Friday night dinner.....Cumberland sausages produced by the English Pork Pie Company in the USA. Yum! Despite the drama of the non-2 day shipping before Christmas, when my package festered on a FedEx truck in Hagerstown for 3 days while we enjoyed a few balmy 50 degree days and Fedex were "unable to attempt delivery due to adverse weather conditions", the sausages were still cold when they were finally delivered. Yay! Not only were they delicious tonight, served with mash, broccoli and gravy, they warmed the cockles of our hearts on a day that was bitterly, bitterly cold here.
