The climb to the top

I took TeeJay to Hanging Rock today as she has never been. It is a magical place even without the picinic story to stir you along.

Probably, a Saturday afternoon during summer holidays is not the best time to go if you are looking at getting close to nature. Families were everywhere and this trio was part of a larger group in which many of the kids climbed the rock. This fellow couldn't and sceamed when dad tried to push him up there.

Once the others tottered off to other rocks they had another go - and he made it.

My grateful today; that we stopped at an excellent bakery in Woodend and tried a rasberry vanilla slice. Do so if you get the chance. :)
