The Eco-flag...where is it?

If you take a look at my blip on 2nd April 2009, you will see that there used to be a flag there. But when I took a photo of it again today, I realised that it was no longer there...so does this mean that we've lost our eco-green status??? It'll be interesting to know what really happenend.
