healthy new year
Went into a local shop this afternoon for a quiche and some yogurt. I didn't want soup but my eye was drawn to this. Could this 'skinny soup' be the answer to shedding those extra pounds I have gained over the holiday?
Or I could make a pan of carrot soup with the leftovers from Christmas (pleased to say that is all that remains). On the other hand I make a very good carrot cake :)
