Freedom

What does freedom mean to you? Edward Bach writes about how it's being free from the influence of others, so that was obviously a big block to his personal freedom. For me it's about being free of the self-imposed rules I set myself.

Give yourself the freedom to joyfully choose what you do, rather than doing what you think you should do. I'm off to play in the woods instead of doing my duty at the computer and that feels liberating.
