Hyacinth

Hurrah for hyacinths during the dark days of January. This was a New Year Day's gift. It looked pretty closed up and far from blooming four days ago, but a little bit of warmth and look what happens! I like the raindrops on the window and the hint of the brooding winter landscape beyond.
