Herb Shortage in Hertfordshire!

Not a day for going out today. It was a day for cooking.

The weather today was rubbish. Wet and dreary. So we decided to cook a new recipe. Courtesy of Jamie Oliver. This meant a trip to the supermarket. Basil was needed in this recipe. No basil at the supermarket. No basil anywhere at the local shops. Is there a basil shortage we asked ourselves?! Then good old M&S came up trumps. I bought every packet of basil they had!
