Looking out to sea

Sunrise after a trip to Atlantis. We carefully crossed the road to walk back to our car and took this picture on the way. (Typical Dubai, no pedestrian crossing or footpath, despite being a major tourist attraction...)

The day was relaxed and lovely. Across the road from our apartment had half-price massages, so all 6 adults went in shifts. Andy, Bex and Paul hit Dubai Mall for a bit of shopping and we took Nanny to ride the Palm Monorail from Atlantis. The kids always love it. It was extremely busy today but still a pleasant trip. Afterwards ice creams found their way into our mouths and we headed back home.

Bailee had a lovely, sisterly day with Maple. She got her hair dressing kit out (Christmas present), and brushed Maple's hair. She gave her cuddles and laughed with her in the bath. She even gave her a mermaid Barbie to play with. I am hoping the time has finally come when Bailee is feeling more joy then jealousy about Maple. It couldn't come soon enough!

Oscar seems to be asking a lot of questions lately. He is not shy at all. He is a very curious boy. He has also started to make up songs. The latest is his version of "Row your boat" It goes:
