Golden Light

There are some days, especially at this time of the year, when Edinburgh has to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world, well maybe Europe. The golden sidelight highlights all the edges of the Georgian buildings emphasising all the detail and the textures of the sandstone.

As the weather was so nice I walked to work and back, which gave me the chance to stroll around the edges of the New Town like a tourist.

After yesterdays parties, today was a quiet studio day, with more 'to do' list bashing and email writing. Lots of projects are starting to rise above the horizon so there's lots of back-room work being done, not thrilling but important.
