Dwarfs, Elves and a Big Dragon

Today was all about the family tradition of going to the cinema on Boxing Day to watch The Lord of the rings/Hobbit series. I am aware that it's not Boxing Day but my sister ruined the tradition by jetting off skiing over the holidays, so here we are today. The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug did not disappoint until the very last scene leaving us on a cliff hanger which will not be solved until at least next year, BooHoo.

I also have to mention how blinking expensive the cinema is these days, I know it was 3D and we had premium seats but £20 ahead is ridiculous! At least Dad coughed up for the bill in the end so thanks Roger...I mean Roy!
