Chic adventurer
Catriona is as elegant as ever as she embarks on a typical wet outing in Argyll. Fortified by lunch in the excellent cafe at Benmore Gardens, she launched herself with enthusiasm into mud and greenery to reach promising caves under the giant roots of trees and in clefts in the rocks, scrambled up rocky paths beside roaring torrents and looked enthusiastically for the odd troll beneath small bridges.
She announced that it had been the best fun - and that the rain made it better. I dunno ...
