Now, what do we do next?

Up early to walk round Billingsgate Market. It was evident that 7:15 was definitely not early enough. We encountered many people walking towards us with bags full of fish and the car park was full. We learnt that it was a lot quieter than usual, due to the holidays and the poor weather. We did buy some fish to bring home despite that!

We were there for Mr EF's Christmas present a class at the Billingsgate Seafood School. Half the morning learning how to fillet fish, half seeing how to cook it. Great fun and well worth the trip.
