I look at this photo and can't believe it's me!
I have photos of me in the same gym gear a couple of years ago and I'm over two stone lighter.
Sigh.
It's a long slog but I'll get there again.
I went to the gym today for a very half-hearted effort.
It's a start......

I'm looking forward to looking at this photo in a year or so and feeling proud of the changes I've made.
