Another "Emergency" Blip...

I haven't seen many any 'organisations' on Blipfoto before. I did think it was a pretty novel idea for a new organisation in their first year, namely the Police Service of Scotland, to open a Blipfoto account to chart their first 365 of existence. They aren't the best at updating daily, but then who is?
