Heat Wave

Today as promised it warmed up...temps rose to 30 degrees. It was pleasant to be outside and I enjoyed walking in the snow. Unfortunately, the sun never showed her face....maybe tomorrow...
Blip opportunities were few today as I didn't get my camera out until late in the day. This is a Hairy Woodpecker that has just filled up on a mouthful of suet and then mashed it in the bored holes in the tree for easier digestion. Quite interesting to watch.
