Tête-à-tête

First signs of spring? At £1 a pot, a bargain for a little bit of early sunshine! And a great way of cheering up. I'm not sure where today has gone. It started badly when I missed my hair appointment. Not like me at all, but I'm not even sure what day of the week it is!
Hubby and I did a bit of tidying up, a couple of hours looking after the grandweans, and somehow the day disappeared in a flash. A long Skype with our good friends in New Zealand brightened up the evening, and I've just booked flights and accommodation for a long weekend with Hannah, Ed and Stella in February, so a much better end to the day than the beginning. Now I think it's time for bed!
