Big Buddha

Today we had a trip round the southern part of Phuket. I've toured a little of Thailand so have to admit I'm not finding phuket as picturesque as some of the other areas such as Krabi or Koh Samui. None the less we really enjoyed our day pottering around.

As part of our explore we visited the big Buddha. Still under construction you can contribute to the build by buying a bag of cement for about 150 baht (£2.80ish)!
