Salame al Tartufo

We first discovered black truffle salami when I brought one back for my husband from Rome in February last year. It's just gorgeous! Needless to say that we brought more home when we went back together in June. And as our best friend went to Rome for New Year's, we very kindly asked if she would be willing to bring us another one. And she did! Yay! :)

It is my father's 65th birthday today. Happy birthday dad! ;)
