Warm up exercises

Since my brain has been on a brief sabbatical over the holidays it seemed only right to continue the coursework marking started a couple of days ago.

Had my last lie in this morning, reading the book of this cycling journey around the coast of Britiain. Very engaging and an easy end-of-holiday read.

Spent a bit of time rearranging furniture for the boys, just because that was what they were focussed on this morning.

Have committed myself to all sorts of nonsense activities - Nike Training Club, some sort of perfect 6 pack in 6 weeks app (being done with 5 year old son who sticks with it all the way through). Let's see if they all last beyond tomorrow but the stretching routine I did really did make me feel good.

Out to the pub last night and, following a solitary pint (I know) stuck to lime and soda and orange and lemonade. Seemed to work fine and I had a good time so more of that to come, I think.

I now have to contrive a way to get several Gratnell trays worth of marking back to school tomorrow morning. I'm hoping Giles will come to my rescue!

A 4 year old's birthday party to attend later and maybe treat myself to the end of the first episode of Breaking Bad or a bath or a book or all three or none of the aforementioned!

Here's a question - what's a good, healthy breakfast that isn't porridge and doesn't involve toast? Any ideas?
