365 #5 - Familiarity

Despite seeing it on a very regular basis, I rarely photograph Cramond Island (Edinburgh), its walkway or submarine defences. I think because it's local I feel the need to wait for the right shots. That probably explains why I've never (yet) photographed Edinburgh castle either and only have a couple of shots of the Forth bridges. Maybe that's no bad thing.
This one provided more exposure practise though and I really love the compression effect of a telephoto lens. There's also a little bit of life about it, so I quite like this one.
