Miner

Had a bit of an indulgent day today. Went for a quick walk round Fowlmead Country Park before the rain arrived. It used to be a coal mine so this statue near the gate is in memory of the miners who lost their lives.

Then went to see American Hustle, which is a great film. Especially loved Jennifer Lawrence - another Oscar could be coming her way I think.

I also booked for the boyfriend and I to go and have a go at falconry - should be interesting!
