Yes Chef!
Will is broadening his cooking repertoire prior to his return to Uni.
Today he made:
Mulligatawny Soup
Onion, Bacon & Potato Soup
And tonight he is cooking Venison Steaks with a Plum Sauce, served with Mash, Broccoli, Carrots and Peas.
Not sure that Venison is particularly student fare - though I did point out that at £3.00 per steak, it compares very favourably with a Gregg's sandwich!
Definitely enjoying having a resident chef.
In other news, Rick is at Spennymoor, playing Mahler's 2nd with Cobweb Orchestra. I hope he makes it back through all the wind and rain to enjoy the banquet waiting for him.
