There's just something about it
When it comes to blips, sometimes I take one photo to describe the day, while other times I take many photos during the day and then pick one to represent it.
Today I spent a good half hour photographing my niece's dogs, who are staying with us while she is away on holiday. Now, in comparison to the other photos in the batch, this one is a bit of a failure. The angle is weird, the exposure went wrong, the dogs are all over the place, and my sister's cat slipper was most certainly not welcome. However... there's just something about it. :) I suppose it reminds me a little of the photos I get to see when I look through our old family albums - like stuff my mum used to take with a cheap analogue camera. And I like it! There is something comforting about a photo that looks like it was taken in the 90s.
