Caution!
A Christmas present from my sister. The infamous Naga/Bhut Jolokia chilli. It's the first food I've come across where the preparation guidelines advise the wearing of disposable gloves and a dust mask! Might as well don the safety goggles for good measure.
I think I might have to use them sparingly in the weekly chilli con carne... and as for sprinkling a few flakes on a pizza to spice it up? Hmm. Not sure about that one.
