The stove's been lit for the first time since May, so it's officially winter in our neck-of-the-woods.

And the wee mousie agrees that it's not before time. The wee, coorin tim'rous beastie has had a fair panic in its breastie for a while now, thinking it might end up with frostbite in its whiskers.
