a lovely big salad...

....not because it's the new year and i am on some big health kick. no, no, no. when i visited robert harris he made me the most delicious salad that i have ever eaten in all my life. it will go down in salad history. today i made a salad. it wasn't as good as his.

heading to manchester for the week tomorrow for our annual staff conference. i will no doubt over-eat. i am taking my swim stuff in the vain hope that i might feel like rectifying the over-eating with some laps in the hotel pool. i'll let you know how that goes.
