Titanic

Our first full day in the Belfast having arrived last night. After breakfast at our hotel we walked into town. Given the wet weather, we decided to start off with a sightseeing bus tour. The tour went off around the some of the trouble areas of Belfast, including the Peace Wall, the Falls road and the Shankill road. While these areas were very interesting. It did feel a bit wrong going to see then as a tourist, when the tensions are still there beneath the surface. I took a couple photos but not many

We got off the bus at the Titanic experience. This was really good, seeing where the Titanic was built and seeing the develop of the Belfast ship building. Can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast.

On the way back to the hotel, we stopped off for a pint in the Crown Liquor Saloon, before heading off for dinner at a restaurant called Made In Belfast. Very nice!
