We had a late lunch at a new american diner that has opened in Spitalfields market. The food was really good and we followed it up by a walk around the market and then up Brick Lane. Brick Lane had changed so much over the last few years and more and more commercial chains and boutiques are starting to move in. I know change is inevitable but I hope it doesn't lose its character. I loved this piece of street art today.

I'm not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow but at least I have Sherlock to look forward to tonight.
