The Power of People

What a good day. We spent the day doing a CRM refresher course and thinking about human behaviour and where it comes from and how we can control or change it in some way to prevent problems developing in the cockpit.

I always enjoy these days. One is reminded of how easily one can make mistakes, and of how quickly situations can run away from you.

It's a shame it's only every two years. I might be a better person and less grumpy if it was a bit more frequent!

As a reminder, the group was Kerry, John F, Simon C, Neil H, Mikey O and myself and my para mate Scott R. And there was no role playing and no one asked how anyone was feeling at any stage.
