Harvesting our small lemon tree is fun. We pick three lemons at a time to make two tall glasses of lemonade. We've got the recipe down to a science now. There is syrup made up in the refrigerator ready for use. A quarter cup of syrup suits me. D likes his less so. An old fashioned glass lemon squeezer is called into action. One and a half lemons make enough juice for each glass. The pips get flipped into the bin. Cold water fills the class to the top. A quick stir and it's ready!
