On The Beach

The weather continues to dominate the news and whilst working today I visited some of the towns and villages featuring on the national news.
Whilst I have sympathy for those whose businesses have suffered in the storms you have to wonder why people build on the beach and who gives them permission.
Later in the dark I drove the last hour in driving snow, poor visibility gave a touch of unwanted excitement to the last hour at work.
