Potter Station 8:57 P.M.
After a discussion with bluesheep and My Angle about B&W images I returned to a site I have been a number of times but have not included in a blip.
A self assignment for today: create a B&W image
color in an important accent
return to an Alaskan theme
Potter Station is south of Anchorage. At one time a common stop along the Alaskan Railroad and work and maintenance facility, now an Alaska State Ranger's Station and Depot Museum.
As you can see the trains no longer stop here, north or south bound.
@benek~ Tried to choose a site suitable for B&W before taking the shot. RAW to monochrome, fill with color replacement tool.
@My Angle~ 1/40 sec f/16 Oev ISO 100 17-55mm at 17mm Nikon D200.
@Camera-Shy~ There is a fence in there.
