Big Bird Count

This weekend birdwatchers all over the country counted the birds in their backyards and gardens - and I was one of them.
Because of the mild weather there were mostly sparrows and titmice plus a couple of chaffinches,robins, and collared doves ; I usually only get to see the shy ones when it is below zero (and the cats stay inside).
