They try to make the phrase 'garden level' sound all fancy in the rental marketplace. Really they just mean basement.

This is the sort of place I'm living in right now. I love it and mostly for the awesome awesome kitchen. The real problem is the anxiety it gives me that people might look into my house and see that I have cool stuff to steal. So I keep all my windows shut tight. No one can see in. That also makes it so sunlight can't see in....nor can I see out.

Making my place sort of like a little cave. I really need to moving into a cave that receives more sunlight.
