Food as beauty

It's amazing how beautiful our sources of nourishment can be. Well-grown, healthy vegetables can be as nourishing for the eyes and heart as they are for the belly.

I worked at a Farmers' Market today and got to watch people take quality food home to be consumed and appreciated. I dream of a day when every person on the planet can do this.
