Sir William Burrell - what a collector!

Time to try & get back to routine. Managed to drag myself from bed in time to go to Aqua Zumba & the gym - no photo opps!
Pollok Park was my next call & a visit to the Burrell Collection. I think one of my favourite pieces is 'the Gleaner'. The doorways and arches always amaze me - to think that someone bought them as we might bring some items home from our holidays! Sir William Burrell had over 8,000 items in his collection.
