three kings day today - but we don't know who is king yet as not everyone has had a chance to eat some cake. We know it won't be me as the cake has nuts in. I was going to make a nut-free one but, on the way home from work I had one of those "fuck it" moments and stopped at a bakery.
We're back to early starts again, today had enough Monday morning in it to last the rest of the year. The sheer amount of it knocked the fight out of me so much so that, when I was in the middle of tidying up someone's mess I let that very same person get away with being rude to me. Only afterwards, when I played it back in my head, did I realise quite how rude. So, now I have a choice - hold on to the crossness and feel stressed by it until I have a chance to deal with it or let it go and let the shit remain with her.....sometimes, even though it's the wimp's way out, letting people hold on to their own shit is the best way to go.
