Seals on the Ice!

I love this sight....and this time they were a lot closer to the shore than usual, such an amazing sight!

It's been a lovely morning! No snow, sun poking thro, and i headed out quite early, to take the garbage to the dump and then i went on a lovely drive about, looking for images to add to my 'potential paintings' file! There is a lovely group of old barns, set against the wide open landscape, with the Cape Breton Highlands in the background....took loads of shots and i think it'll be an interesting project.

Then to the pool for a swim. First one in about 2 months, they closed for 2-3 weeks there, it was so wonderful to feel my body glide thro the warmish waters! My aim is to go at least twice, if not three times a week! we'll see!
