Shoulders day

Feeling a lot fuller than I look today, Pretty naff shoulder session but it was the first one of the year so I'll let it off.

Ate quite a bit today so I won't be eating this evening, also I'm working in London, Belfast and Edinburgh in the next week or two so diet and training will be a bit hit and miss...
