I've had a fairly productive day at work today and also managed to get a quick photo of George here who kindly posed in front of the black doors in the drizzle that seemed to be coming down all day today.

In other news I've booked the last week of January off work so that I can go down to London and have a take two at Christmas. I've just popped a jerk chicken casserole in the oven and am now off out for a very steady short jog around the block to see how my ankle holds up. There were a few rainbows today, but today's blip is .....
