Beamed Up?

On the way back from business meetings today I stopped off to blip the surf, even though I only had the iphone with me. There in the grass I spotted these wellington boots. No sign of an owner or even of an ex owner. Did he, I wondered, utter the immortal words "Beam me up Scottie"?
Jist in case he was on his way back down from wherever, I decided to leave them there for him.
